Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and vibrant school team in the OL9 area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Support: Collaborate with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons that help all pupils reach their full potential.

• Lesson Preparation: Assist in planning and delivering differentiated activities tailored to individual learning needs.

• Pupil Support: Provide focused support to individuals and small groups, particularly those with additional learning needs or challenges.

• Progress Monitoring: Observe, assess, and record pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback to support learning outcomes.

• Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment through effective behaviour support.

• Administrative Assistance: Support daily classroom operations, including resource preparation and maintaining displays.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualifications: Holds or is working towards a recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience: Previous experience in a primary school setting is essential. Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.

• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and pupil support abilities.

• Passion: A genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
