Key Details: Start Date: September 2024 Location: Andover, Hampshire ⏰ Full-Time Position Teaching and Leading Key Stage 3 and 4 Longer-term position with potential transition to temp-to-perm
What You'll Do:
- Lead the English department with vision, enthusiasm, and dedication to excellence in teaching and learning.
- Teach across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons.
- Mentor and support colleagues, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement a dynamic and inclusive English curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, incorporating diverse texts and perspectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to drive improvements in English education and raise standards of achievement.

- Experienced English Teachers with a proven track record of success in the classroom and leadership roles.
- Strong leaders with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
- ECTs qualifying this year with demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
