Available Positions

Cover Supervisors

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged
• Gain hands-on experience leading a classroom

Teaching Assistants

• Support students in lessons across a range of subjects
• Work closely with teaching staff to help pupils achieve their potential
• Provide one-to-one and small group support

Learning Mentors

• Support students with academic progress, attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with young people
• Make a real difference to pupils who require additional guidance

Exam Invigilators

• Assist schools during examination periods
• Ensure exams are conducted in line with regulations
• Ideal for graduates seeking flexible working opportunities

What We're Looking For

• A degree in any subject
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working with young people aged 11-16
• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
