Teaching Personnel are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with young people who is looking to build a rewarding career within education.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping students achieve their academic and personal goals while contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting students with their learning and development.
• Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour.
• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering classroom activities.
• Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
• A degree graded 2:2 or above
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
