Teaching Personnel are recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work in supportive secondary schools. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop your confidence and explore a career in education.

The role:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support
• Working alongside teachers to help pupils stay engaged
• Assisting with classroom activities and resources
• Building positive relationships with pupils
• Supporting students to develop their confidence and independence

The ideal candidate:

• Is a recent graduate or degree holder
• Has a genuine interest in working with young people
• Is confident, patient and approachable
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Is keen to gain practical experience in a school environment
• Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
