SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary Schools | WN1, WN2 & WN5

We're looking for compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with additional needs across a range of welcoming secondary schools in WN1, WN2 and WN5.

Whether you have previous SEND experience or you're looking to begin a rewarding career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role:

• Support students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence and independence
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

We're Looking For:

• A caring, patient and resilient individual
• A passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience is welcomed but not essential
• Graduates and those considering careers in teaching, psychology or social care are encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
