The Role:

• Support students across Key Stages 3 & 4 in lessons
• Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging learning
• Provide one-to-one and small group intervention sessions
• Help raise student confidence, engagement and attainment
• Gain invaluable experience in a secondary school environment

Ideal Candidate:

• A graduate in any subject (English, Maths, Science and Humanities graduates particularly encouraged to apply)
• Passionate about working with young people
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Considering a career in teaching, educational psychology or youth work
• Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
