Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the WN6 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a genuine difference to pupils' educational and personal development.

The role includes:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
• Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional development
• Working closely with teachers and the school's SEN team
• Helping pupils access the curriculum and participate in school life
• Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils

We’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
• A patient, caring and resilient approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who is committed to helping every pupil reach their potential
