Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive secondary school?

Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the BL5 area, supporting pupils both in the classroom and on a 1:1 or small-group basis.

The role:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development
• Working alongside teachers to provide effective classroom support
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Full-time position with the potential for a longer-term placement

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working with children or young people
• Is confident supporting pupils across the curriculum
• Has a patient, positive and encouraging approach
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Is reliable, adaptable and passionate about education
