Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum
• Work with small groups and individual students to help them achieve their potential
• Assist in lesson planning, classroom organisation, and resource preparation
• Learn effective behaviour management strategies and support classroom routines
• Participate in training sessions and professional development to prepare for your teacher training journey
