Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum
- Work with small groups and individual students to help them achieve their potential
- Assist in lesson planning, classroom organisation, and resource preparation
- Learn effective behaviour management strategies and support classroom routines
- Participate in training sessions and professional development to prepare for your teacher training journey
