We are working with a number of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Salford, Bolton and Bury, who are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join their teams as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025.

About the Role:

• Full-time positions for the full academic year (Monday to Friday)

• Supporting pupils across a range of subjects and year groups

• Providing 1-1 and small group interventions, especially in core subjects

• Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Helping to raise pupil attainment and engagement

• Opportunity to support students with additional learning needs (SEND)

• Shadow and learn from experienced teachers
