The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

• Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils who need extra support.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning.
• Assist in creating and preparing engaging learning materials.
• Experience the day-to-day life of a school and gain valuable insight into teaching.

• Recent university graduates (any subject – Education, Psychology, English, Maths, and Science particularly welcome).
• Passionate individuals interested in becoming future teachers.
• Confident communicators with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Reliable team players who are enthusiastic and patient.
• Candidates who can commit to full-time or part-time roles during term time.
