Teaching Personnel are urgently seeking Teaching Assistants

To be considered for this role you must have a passion for helping children succeed in education

Key responsibilities of a graduate in this role

  • Assist the class teacher in carrying out their lesson plan
  • Keep control the behaviour issues that occur
  • 1:1 Tuition with students that require extra support in their subject
  • Lead small group intervention sessions
  • Be willing to assist in extracurricular activities
  • Promote healthy eating and hygiene 
  • Implement the aims, policies and stated ethos of the school

The ideal graduate candidate

  • Previous experience working with children
  • Available 3-5 days a week
  • Basic English and maths knowledge
  • Willing to apply for a Child Workforce DBS
  • UK resident
  • UK driving licence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
