Programme Overview
Year 1: Cover Supervisor Role
Your journey starts in the classroom.
- Take on the role of a Cover Supervisor, supporting teachers and leading classes when required.
- Develop strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors to build your teaching confidence.
- Fully immerse yourself in school life and experience what it’s like to be part of a professional teaching team.
Year 2: PGCE Trainee Teacher
Progress into a salaried trainee teacher role.
- Plan and deliver your own lessons under expert guidance.
- Develop your subject knowledge and understanding of pedagogy.
- Complete your PGCE qualification with full funding provided.
