- Dedicated Mentorship: You’ll be supported by an experienced mentor and a wider professional network who will guide you throughout the program, providing regular feedback and advice to help you grow in confidence and skill.
- Pathway to QTS: In your first year, you’ll focus on building your classroom experience and professional skills. In the second year, you’ll complete your Initial Teacher Training (ITT), leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the opportunity to begin your career as a fully qualified teacher.
Benefits
- Competitive salary of £22,000 – £25,000 during your training.
- Two full years of experience in one school, providing consistency and strong professional relationships.
