Are you a recent graduate seeking to develop your experience working within a school setting? Could you benefit from working within a dynamic secondary school with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 prior to going on to your teacher training? If so, this exciting graduate Teacher position may be ideal for you.
- Graduate Teacher required immediately casual supply basis.
- Must hold a graduate level degree to be considered, any additional experience working with young people is highly advantageous.
- Opportunity to work within an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school located in the Worsley region of Salford.
- Excellent location, easily accessible via the M60/A580 (East Lancashire Road).
- Earn up to GBP70 per day.
The pastoral team have an increased demand for a passionate Graduate Teacher to join their support provisions to deliver lessons in the absence of class teachers, supervise pupils and ensure pre-set tasks are complete. As the successful Graduate Teacher you can expect to work with pupils across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4. Learning first hand how lessons are created, developed and assessed, from experienced practitioners. You will also have the opportunity to deliver pre-planned lessons with full support provided in a variety of subject areas.
The secondary school currently serves just over 600 pupils aged 11-16 and can easily be accessed via the M60/A580 (East Lancashire Road) and the surrounding areas; Bury, Bolton, Trafford and Wigan. There is also an abundance of public transport options readily available with links across Greater Manchester.
