About the Role
Through Teaching Personnel you’ll work in specialist schools, PRUs and inclusion units supporting pupils aged 5–16 with:
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Autism & ADHD
- Learning difficulties
- Behavioural and communication needs
- Trauma or attachment‑related barriers
You will:
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Use trauma‑informed and restorative approaches
- Help pupils with emotional regulation and classroom engagement
- Work alongside teachers, behaviour mentors and SEN specialists
- Contribute to supportive, structured and nurturing learning environments

- Available Monday–Friday (8:30–3:30)
- Willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
