Teaching Personnel are recruiting passionate graduates to support young people with SEMH needs across local schools and specialist provisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils with SEMH, behavioural and mental health needs
  • Working as a Learning Support/SEMH TA alongside teachers and behaviour teams
  • Taking on flexible day‑to‑day, short‑term or long‑term placements
  • Building practical experience valued by schools, therapists and future employers

Who we’re looking for

  • Psychology, Education, Criminology, Sociology, Youth Work, Sport or Social Science graduates (or anyone passionate about helping young people)
  • Positive, resilient, enthusiastic individuals
  • Confident supporting behaviour — or open to learning
  • Available Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
