What your role will look like
You’ll play a key part in helping young people succeed by providing:
- Classroom-based support as a Learning Support/SEMH Teaching Assistant
- Support pupils with complex needs, mental health challenges and behavioural difficulties
- Day to day, short-term and long-term placements
- Variety – working across multiple school and specialist provisions
- A chance to grow your experience while making a meaningful difference

Who we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working with young people (school, care, youth work or similar)
- Availability between 8:30-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Confidence (or willingness) to support challenging behaviour
- A positive, proactive, energetic attitude
- A passion for supporting young people’s emotional and academic development
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
