Teaching Personnel Wales is seeking two Trainee/Graduate Education Recruitment Consultants to join our high performing team!
Our team of 12 consultants are based in an office in Cardiff and work with Primary, Secondary and Special Needs Schools across South, West and Mid Wales supplying teachers and support staff for temporary/permanent contracts as well as short term supply work.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with clients closely to fill their upcoming staffing requirements, ensuring that the right candidates are placed in the right roles
- Making sales and business development calls to prospective clients
- Booking business meetings with clients
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service to both clients and candidates
- 360 degree recruitment role - advertising, resourcing, interviewing and clearing candidates for work
- Building effective relationships with clients and candidates over the phone and in person
- Working collaboratively within the Welsh team and contributing to team targets
- Working towards activity and performance targets

No particular qualifications or experience required but applicants must be able to confidently give evidence of how they meet the personal attributes above.
