We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor positions in Primary Schools across Rhondda Cynon Taff. We recognise that graduates often bring valuable transferable skills that make them excellent Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-1 and small group support to students
- Assist teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom management
- Monitor and track student progress

Requirements for Application: To apply, please submit an updated CV. For a smooth onboarding process, we require:
- A 10-year career history
- Recent references
- Current DBS
- Proof of the right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
Please note: It is a legal requirement to possess a Child Only DBS and to be registered with the Education Workforce Council prior to working in any Primary School in Wales. Teaching Personnel is here to assist you in obtaining these mandatory requirements before you start working in the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
