Graduate Future Teachers Programme
The Future Teachers Programme places successful graduates within our partner secondary schools for up to a year. Over the course of the placement, the successful graduates will undertake a range of tasks from supporting students learning through one to one tuition to planning for a class. Through every new experience, you will be supported by the schools senior leadership team, with regular training ensuring you become the best teacher possible.

- Starting in September, with immediate consideration
- Competitive pay, paid on a weekly basis through our PAYE scheme
- Supporting secondary school students, within your specialist subject
The Future Teachers Programme allows you to support students within your specialist subject knowledge that you have learnt at University. This will give you the confidence and experience to support your future teaching career. The Future Teachers Programme is aimed at core subject graduates, such as Maths, English, Science and Humanities.
Teaching Personnel are seeking Graduates who are looking to kick start their teaching career, by gaining valuable teaching experience, undertaking a number of roles such as;
- General classroom assistant
- One to one and small group tuition
- Special educational needs support
- Behaviour support
- Covering lessons within your specialist subject
- Learning to plan and prepare lessons
Our partner secondary school that runs the Future Teachers Programme is located in the South of Manchester, in an Ofsted rated 'Good' school. If you are looking to kick start your teaching career this is the perfect opportunity and secondary school for you to do so.
