Teaching Personnel is recruiting Cover Supervisors to start as soon as possible in schools in the Fleet area. What the Role Involves

As a Cover Supervisor you will:

• Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Maintain a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated and ready to learn
• Support a school ethos that prioritises well-being, respect, diversity and personal growth

This role does not involve lesson planning or marking, meaning you can focus on building your confidence in classroom management and student support.
