Graduate Cover Supervisor – Fleet (Start ASAP)

Part-Time | Full-Time | Flexible | Perfect for University Graduates

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Cover Supervisors to start as soon as possible in schools in the Fleet area. You’ll support a school community that values kindness, respect, integrity and academic ambition, where every child is nurtured to flourish, feel safe and achieve their potential. The schools you’ll work in champion positive behaviour, mutual respect and a culture where every pupil is encouraged to be confident, curious and resilient.

What the Role Involves

As a Cover Supervisor you will:

  • Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Maintain a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated and ready to learn
  • Support a school ethos that prioritises well-being, respect, diversity and personal growth

This role does not involve lesson planning or marking, meaning you can focus on building your confidence in classroom management and student support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
