Graduate Cover Supervisor – Alton (Start ASAP)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Cover Supervisors to start immediately in secondary schools across the Alton area. The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Maintain a positive, calm and inclusive classroom environment
  • Encourage students to remain engaged, focused and confident in their learning
  • Support a school ethos that values wellbeing, creativity, independence and high expectations for every student

This role does not involve lesson planning or marking, making it ideal for graduates who want hands-on classroom experience without the pressures of full teaching responsibilities.
