Graduate Cover Supervisor (Start ASAP)

Flexible | Part-Time | Full-Time | Ideal for Aspiring Teachers

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom
  • Encourage students to stay engaged, focused and motivated
  • Support schools that place strong emphasis on respect, aspiration, resilience and personal development

You won’t be required to plan lessons or mark work — your role is to facilitate learning and manage the classroom effectively.
