Our client secondary school require a qualified, highly inspirational Geography teacher to fill a gap in their department from Easter 2019. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an Ofsted rated 'Good' Roman Catholic and Church of England 11-16 school.

With fewer than 700 students currently in attendance, this smaller than average secondary school has got an excellent community feel, as well as being very well respected by locals in the area. Located in the Heywood area of Rochdale, this Ofsted rated 'Good' mixed secondary school is just a short drive from the M60, and so is easily reachable from the majority of areas in Greater Manchester.

Our client school's Progress 8 score continues to get better, and is above the national averages for secondary schools. The school has always been a good school but is considered to be on its way to 'Outstanding'.

Qualified Teacher Status and relevant qualifications are a necessity when applying for this post of Geography teacher.
