Geography NQT teaching role for KS3/KS4 –

September 2020.

Salary: GBP24,373 - GBP30,480 per annum.

Teaching Personnel are working alongside a Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Secondary school in Hemel to source  a passionate and energetic NQT Geography teacher for a post beginning September 2020.

The school, which was graded by Ofsted in 2016 as ‘Good’ are seeking a NQT Geography teacher for September to join their Humanities department.

The school are seeking an NQT as the Headteacher is keen to develop and grow teachers at the school to have a successful and structured career in teaching.

The Geography NQT for this post, must be a personable and motivated Humanities Teacher with a history of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ teaching in your classroom observations with the ability to demonstrate exemplary classroom practice. You will need a strong knowledge of the subject specialism and be committed to student learning through engaging lessons; creativity is encouraged at this forward-thinking secondary school, nowhere more so than with this vibrant department.

As an Geography NQT at this school, you will be sharing the hallways with some outstanding teachers along with an assigned Geography NQT mentor. Working across Key Stage 3 and Key stage 4 you will be supported and guided throughout the comprehensive induction programme.
