Secondary School Graduate Teaching Assistant - South West London.

This 5 form entry school is expanding from next year and they require enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated graduates to support in Key Stage 3 and 4. The school have utilised graduates to great effect in recent years and everyone has gone onto a PGCE. So if you are seeking a TA position prior to starting your teacher training this is the job for you!

***Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

***Graduates with 2:1 or above Hons degree are required

***One Year, full-time contract - South West London

***'Good' rating by OFSTED

***ÂŁ60 per day

In this Graduate Teaching Assistant position you will be assigned to a class in Key Stage 3 +4 and you will be assisting with the organising, planning, and preparation of lessons, learning valuable skills as you help to deliver outstanding lessons. You must have the skills to strike up good working relations with your pupils and inspire pupils to work hard. You will be a graduate who can use your enthusiastic character to engage pupils and contribute to extra curricular activities.

The Headteacher wants graduates who can display a passion for education that ignites a love for learning amongst their pupils and to make or exceed expected levels of progress. You will be classroom based working on a 1:1 and small group basis and over time you will be able to get involved in intervention groups outside of the classroom.
