I am partnered with a large Academy based in the Doncaster area on the M18 corridor stretching up to Doncaster Airport where the vision of Academy is to provide a centre of academic excellence where all students and staff have the opportunity to work hard to achieve their personal best. Their mission, therefore, is to encourage personal, moral and spiritual development within a Christian framework whilst creating a disciplined, sensitive environment where everyone is equally valued.
The Principal, senior leaders and governors are relentless in their pursuit of better teaching and outcomes for all groups of students. The Coaching of staff and regular monitoring have led to good improvements since the previous inspection. This results in students making good progress in academic and vocational courses.
They are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Science to join the team on a Full-Time basis up until the end of the current academic year. The candidate will be both a creative and dedicated Science Teacher who is able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that keep Year 7-11 pupils focused on class work. The school is very supportive and is ideally looking for a Teacher who can commit themselves to the school at least until the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate will be expected to work within the current curriculum. Whilst they are happy to accept CV’s from both Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs)
Teaching Personnel are committed to the safeguarding and well-being of children. All candidates applying to posts through Teaching Personnel must undertake or have undertaken an Enhanced Disclosure via the Criminal Records Bureau whilst full assistance is provided.
