Job description

Are you a dedicated Teacher with a specialism in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Ready to make a real impact in the world of education?

We are actively seeking to appoint a skilled and compassionate SEN Further Education School Teacher. The school is based in Bolton and focuses on vocational training for 16-25 years with a range of educational needs including Autism, Global Development Delays, and complex learning difficulties.

The setting has fabulous facilities and only 37 students enrol currently meaning that each student’s specific needs can be catered for.

The successful candidate be a Qualified Teacher able to demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN. Ideally the Teacher will have experience of working within a special school; however this is not essential as long as you can demonstrate a commitment to supporting vulnerable students in a specialist environment.

Hours of work: 8:30 – 3:30 full-time

This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.

Competitive daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale 

You will need to have suitable references and a DBS certificate (or be eligible to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
