Fully Qualified Teachers – All Subjects (Secondary Schools)
Location: Northamptonshire – Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Rushden, Raunds & Northampton
Pay: In line with the Teachers’ Pay Scale (dependent on role and responsibilities)
Contract: Flexible, Monday to Friday
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting fully qualified teachers (QTS) across all subjects to work in a range of secondary schools throughout Northamptonshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or ECTs seeking flexible work, long-term placements, or day-to-day supply, with roles tailored to your experience and availability.
The Role:
As a Qualified Teacher, you may:

Deliver high-quality lessons in your specialist subject
-
Plan, assess, and mark in line with school policies (where required)

Manage classroom behaviour effectively
-
Support student progress and achievement
-
Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
-
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
-
Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
-
Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
