We are working with a 'Good' graded SEN School situated in Peckham, which is searching to grow and expand its team. Their current graduate staff are swiftly moving in the direction of becoming teachers or pursuing a career in psychology. Looking for multiple SEN Teaching Assistants, the school is keen to find hard-working, warm and friendly individuals who can assist with supporting and bettering their pupil's day-to-day classroom experience.

Job description - SEN Teaching Assistant

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Working with children with Autism and supporting Non-Verbal pupils
  • ASAP Start - Full-Time - Full academic year
  • £100 - £105 per day
  • Located in Peckham

Person Specification - SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Must have a good degree from a reputable University
  • A good understanding of SEN is required
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEN
  • Experience in a previous role or personal experience with SEN would be ideal
  • You must be able to effectively work within a team
  • Compassionate nature

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
