Substitute Teaching Opportunities
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
A large mixed, well-established co-educational Secondary School known for its strong academic results, Outstanding personal development, and extensive extracurricular offer, is looking for an ambitious Substitute Teacher to join their team!
This opportunity is well suited to Early Career Teachers wishing to gain further experience, experienced teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, or educators looking to maintain their teaching practice while reducing workload.
The Role
- Responsible for supervising pre-prepared lessons
- Maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment
- Ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning
- Collect completed work at the end of lessons
- Provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate
- You will also be expected to follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies

Weekly pay is processed every Friday (competitive daily rate), and you will receive ongoing support from a dedicated personal consultant.
