Supply Teachers with SEN Experience – Flexible Teaching Roles Starting September 2025
Location: Wigan, Warrington & Surrounding Areas
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: Competitive Daily Rates (in line with MPS/UPS)
Contract Options: Full-Time/Part-Time/Day-to-Day roles

We're working with a network of primary schools across Wigan, Warrington and surrounding areas, who are looking for supply teachers with SEN expertise to join their teams from September 2025. Whether you’re seeking full-time consistency or occasional days to suit your availability, we’ll help you find the right fit.
The Role Will Involve:
- Teaching across different year groups in mainstream or SEN-focused settings.
- Providing additional support to pupils with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties.
- Adapting lessons and teaching strategies to support individual pupil progress.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and support staff.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with children with additional or complex needs.
- A caring, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
