EYFS Tutor – Wigan (WN1)

At TP Tutors, we believe every child deserves the best start in life. We are now looking for compassionate and creative tutors in Wigan (WN1) to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with their learning and development.

This role focuses on building strong foundations in early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills. Many of the pupils you’ll support may be outside of mainstream school or need extra help to meet early learning milestones. Sessions are delivered face-to-face, either in the home or in a community setting such as a library.

Your role will include:

• Delivering engaging, play-based activities that follow the EYFS framework

• Supporting early reading, writing, and number skills

• Encouraging confidence, independence, and curiosity

• Adapting sessions to meet individual developmental needs

We’re looking for:

• Experience working in EYFS (nursery, reception, or tutoring)

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

• A patient, supportive, and flexible approach

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
