Teaching personnel are working in tandem with a local primary school that has a nursery attached and is part of an Academy group of schools. It is an inspiring and exciting place where all children and members of the local community can enjoy learning and achieve beyond their expectations. They are also an expanding one and half form entry primary school on the outskirts of Canterbury, supported by a dedicated, talented and enthusiastic staff team who are committed to providing the very best for each child.the nursery uniquely combines a maintained nursery with a PVI setting, enabling them to extend their provision to children aged 2-5 between 8am and 6pm daily.

We do things differently:

Teaching Personnel wish to appoint a motivated teacher to join our supportive and forward thinking agency on its journey to excellence. The appointed teacher will need to be someone who is highly motivated and can inspire and make learning fun, a person with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who can engage and enthuse children, someone who is able to set and maintain high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour. An ability to teach and contribute to the leadership of subject area would be a strength as would the ability to teach this across the school.

Our schools can offer: a commitment to supporting teaching by highly skilled teachers, enthusiastic and very well behaved pupils who are willing to learn.

Teaching Personnel can offer: excellent CPD opportunities to develop teaching in line with the latest research and a strong ethos, based on learning values, dedicated personal consultants, competitive pay scales.

We accept NQT and FQT.
