Teaching Personnel currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Specialist Teacher to join a Runcorn School.
The school has asked us to assist them, in sourcing an 'outstanding' teacher who has in depth knowledge of the EYFS framework.
The role involves developing work schemes and lessons plans to motivate children and imaginatively using resources to help them learn.
As the Early Years Teacher you will develop the social and communication skills of children and provide a safe and secure environment in which the child can learn. You will build and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to further support pupils, as well as operate within multi-agency networks to ensure the correct support is available.

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Rush Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education and Leeds Trinity University with additional local school partners. These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Child Protection in Education, Prevent Duty, an accredited Holistic Approach to Behaviour Management, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability, Effective Adult Learning Support, Implications for Challenging Behaviour, Meeting the Emotional, Social and Mental Health Needs of Children and Young People, Differentiation, Data Handling, Assessment for Learning, Planning for Progression, Read Write Inc. and Safeguarding. In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training.
