EYFS TA

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for September on behalf of a primary school in Chadderton, Oldham (OL9). This school welcomes applicants from varying backgrounds and experiences, someone that wants to make an impact to the children's learning every day. The school are looking for committed applicants to work within their thriving EYFS unit full time, 5 days per week from September 2020.

This Oldham school caters to a diverse group of learners, speaking a number of different languages. The successful EYFS TA will become an integral part of the children's learning foundations, supporting and encouraging children whilst promoting learning through play based activities. 

As an EYFS TA you will be supporting the children with personal care, conducting observations on children's progress and completing learning journey's for specific children, whilst also supporting the EYFS teacher in enabling children to access all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. 

With easy access to both the M60 and M62 and within walking distance to the local tram stop, this Oldham school is commutable from a number of areas across Greater Manchester. 

Qualifications and skills required;

• Early Years/Teaching Assistant Qualification preferable
• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
• Previous experience working with children
• Strong work ethic and prior experience working with a team
• Creative and innovative approach with a strong desire to make a difference
