Overview of the Role

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a 1 form entry Primary School in the Heart of Blackburn, due to a recent illness, the school are looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work from October 2019, five days per week (8:45-15:15). This role will continue until July 2020 with the potential of a permanent role from September 2020. The school are looking for an experienced EYFS Practitioner; you do not have to have had experience in a school setting, how ever experience working with young children is essential. The school are looking for a practitioner who is Level 2 qualified or above. Experience of working alongside children with Special Educational Needs is advantageous.

The successful applicant must be experienced and able to think on their feet. We are able to offer a number of CPD Opportunities to Teachers that register with us and we are interested in constantly up-skilling Teachers that are registered with us. CPD courses include; Team Teach, Autism Awareness, PREVENT DUTY and Safeguarding and Child Protection Level 1 and 2.
