Fully Qualified Teacher - High Wycombe
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a Fully Qualified Year Teacher for a full-time role within an Outstanding Catholic primary school in High Wycombe.
The school itself is smaller than average, however, the links that the school have with the community make it feel much bigger as the staff make use of resources within the community to truly enhance their pupils learning experience.
Our client school need a suitably qualified and experienced teacher to ensure that pupils continue on in their journey to make progress and exceed expectation.
The school can currently only appoint a Fully Qualified Teacher for this role due to restrictions placed on them by Ofsted and the need for experience in such a crucial time for its pupils.
We are looking for a teacher who will join the existing staff team and throw themselves into the role entirely. The staff have high expectations and standards and the school are looking for someone with a problem-solving and 'can-do' approach to challenges.
Being a school of the Catholic faith, we require all applicants to be sympathetic to the Catholic faith and support the Catholic ethos of the school.
All applicants need to have a proven track record of raising attainment and accelerate progress whilst constantly engaging and inspiring the pupils, whilst also having excellent classroom management skills and develop a stimulating and vibrant environment
