Exams Officer

An opportunity to join a ‘Good’ secondary school as a member of their administration and support staff covering a 12 month maternity leave.

• Full time Examinations Officer required, term time only
• 12 month maternity cover, February 2020 - February 2021
• Experience of using SIMs in relation to assessments, reports and exams is desirable
• Earn up to GBP23,836 (dependent on experience)

The school is situated in the Heywood area of Rochdale and was rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in their most recently inspection in 2017, with inspectors commenting on the good quality of education provided by the school. The school is seeking to appoint a reliable and student friendly Exams Officer to join their administration department.

This exciting role will involve the collation and interpretation of statistical information using the schools examination software (SIMs) to record and analyse student performance. Prospective candidates should be able to work effectively as part of a team, with collaborating and working alongside other members of staff including Heads of Departments being a fundamental responsibility.
