Career development and support

Due to a recent appointment within the schools English department falling through, the Head teacher of our partner school is seeking a dedicated English Teacher with a proven track record of achieving high results to join them now. This post is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced English Teachers who are seeking a progressive role within a school that is going from strength to strength.

The successful candidate will either be a strong English Teacher with experience teaching English to KS3 and KS4 level, or alternatively applications from English NQT's would be considered if they show the determination and potential to become outstanding English Teachers in the future. The role would involve working with a wide variety of age groups so the English teacher must be adaptable in their approach to teaching in an aim to raise attainment across all age groups in the school.

As one of the 40 schools listed by 'Challenge Cymru' the school has been fortunate to receive additional funding and works in close partnership with other schools in the area. These improvements have been noted in the past two years.
