English Teacher Vacancy – Preston

Start date – ASAP.

Line Manager – Head of department.

Location – Preston.

This Ofsted rated ‘Good’ College in Preston are looking to appoint an English Teacher to deliver high quality lessons to the GCSE English pupils. This role is to begin in ASAP and will run until July 2025 covering a staff member that will be leaving for Maternity leave. This role could possibly extend, depending upon staffing shuffles once the staff member returns. This role offers the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to make an immediate positive impact on young peoples learning in the Preston area.

Required:

-          Qualified Teacher status.

-          Experience teaching GCSE English lessons.

-          The ability to work as part of a team.

-          Experience working within the classroom, delivering lessons.

-          Experience working within an educational setting.

-          A passion for English.
