Person Specification - English NQT:

The English NQT for this post, must be a personable and motivated English Teacher with a history of 'Good' or 'Outstanding' teaching in your classroom observations with the ability to demonstrate exemplary classroom practice. You will need a strong knowledge of the subject specialism and be committed to student learning through engaging lessons; creativity is encouraged at this forward-thinking secondary school, nowhere more so than with this vibrant English department.

As an English NQT at this school, you will be sharing the hallways with some outstanding teachers along with an assigned English NQT mentor. Working across Key Stage 3 and Key stage 4 you will be supported and guided throughout the comprehensive induction programme.
