Job Title: Flexible Supply Teacher - Secondary Schools (Tameside Area)

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a Flexible Supply Teacher to join our team and work on a day-to-day basis in various secondary schools across the Tameside area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in diverse educational environments and are committed to making a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects within the secondary curriculum.
- Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment.
- Adapting quickly to different school settings and fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Following lesson plans provided by the school and effectively communicating with school staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in secondary schools is preferred.
- Flexibility to work on a day-to-day basis and travel to various schools in the Tameside area.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
