Teaching Personnel is expanding across the Lancaster and Morecambe areas and is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join our growing network of educators and support staff from April 17th. We are recruiting across a wide range of primary school roles and welcome applicants with all levels of experience.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome individuals who are:
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
- Experienced in education, pastoral roles, coaching, SEN, or childcare — or keen to develop in these areas.
- Adaptable, professional, and able to work confidently with pupils and staff.
- Based locally or able to commute to the Lancaster–Morecambe area.
You do not need to be qualified for every role — we provide training and development opportunities for the right candidates.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
