KS1 & KS2 Teachers – Lancaster (LA1–LA2)

Start Date: Monday 6th April 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term (potential for school‑based contract)
Salary: Competitive rates of pay (dependant on experience)*

Teaching Personnel are working closely with several GOOD and OUTSTANDING primary schools across Lancaster who are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated KS1 and KS2 Teachers to join their teams from 6th April 2026.

These roles are suitable for both ECTs and experienced practitioners, offering the chance to work within supportive, forward‑thinking school environments that value collaboration, creativity, and high‑quality teaching.


The Roles

We are recruiting for:

  • KS1 Teachers (Year 1 & Year 2)
  • KS2 Teachers (Years 3–6)

As part of the teaching team, you will deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support pupils of varying needs and abilities. All schools offer strong leadership support, well‑established behaviour systems, and opportunities for professional development.

  • Recent and relevant experience teaching KS1 or KS2
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Confidence in delivering the National Curriculum
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
  • A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to pupil progress
  • A desire to contribute to the wider school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
