We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Day‑to‑Day and Short‑Term Supply Teachers to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Burnley, Nelson and Colne.

Location: Across Burnley, Nelson and Colne
Contract: Flexible / Ad‑hoc / Short‑term
Start Date: Ongoing

The Role

You will provide high‑quality teaching and cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This may include:

  • Delivering pre‑planned lessons
  • Managing classroom routines and behaviour
  • Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing
  • Adapting to different school environments with confidence

  • Qualified Primary Teachers (ECTs welcome)
  • Individuals with good classroom management and a positive, flexible attitude
  • Teachers confident in stepping into new settings
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
