KS2 Teacher – Lancaster Area

Full Time or Part Time Options

Teaching Personnel are working closely with several supportive and vibrant primary schools across Lancaster, Morecambe and Heysham, who are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. We have opportunities for teachers looking for full-time roles, long-term positions, or flexible supply work, depending on your preference.

These schools are known for their warm ethos, strong staff collaboration and commitment to raising standards across Key Stage 2. We welcome applications from teachers experienced across Years 3–6, who can bring enthusiasm, creativity, and consistency to the classroom.


What We’re Looking For

  • Recent experience teaching within KS2
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  • Ability to identify learning gaps and boost attainment
  • A positive, proactive and compassionate teaching style
  • Experience with SEN is an advantage
  • Someone local to Lancaster or willing to commute reliably

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
