Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a large, 3 form entry primary school in the central Salford area, M6. This "Good" school that serves the local community and are looking to add an Early Years teaching assistant to their Early Years Department from mid April. As an Early Years teaching assistant, you would be expected to support children on a small group basis and occasionally on a 1:1 basis.

The focus for the school at this current moment is to help support children from various international backgrounds to settle into their Early Years department and as such, the role comes with certain unique challenges. As an Early Years teaching assistant, you would be working with children whose first language is not English (EAL) and children with "Looked After" (LAC) backgrounds.

Job Highlights:

• Early Years endorsed qualification
• Or Early Years experience within a primary school or private day nursery
• Be comfortable with visual teaching styles to suit EAL children in particular
• Early Years Teaching Assistant
• £14,550 - 16,300 per annum
• Mid April Start
